Dr Tan Say Lock
Dr Tan is a locally trained doctor who has been in clinical practice since 2001. He previously served in Singapore General Hospital, Changi General Hospital, and Kandang Kerbau Women’s and Children’s Hospital, rotating through general medicine, geriatric medicine, and emergency medicine.
He was formerly Deputy Medical Director and General Manager of Healthway Medical Group, with substantial experience operating medical group practices including Silver Cross Family Clinics, Island Orthopaedics Consultants, Singapore Baby and Child Clinics, and Nobel Specialists.

Key Achievement — CODE EYE Protocol:
Dr Tan was the key driver of CODE EYE — Singapore’s local dermal filler-related blindness protocol, developed in collaboration with the Singapore National Eye Centre and subject matter experts. The protocol includes an eye resuscitation kit and a panel of ophthalmologists providing coverage within 15 minutes across an estimated 70% of all aesthetic clinics in Singapore.
